Personal information we collect

If you sign in, we receive your email address and may receive your name from the sign-in provider. Tamriel stores your account tier, settings, and account timestamps. When you use Skyrim save features, save data is processed to provide the requested progress and catalog features.

When you purchase Premium, Stripe collects and processes payment and billing information. Tamriel receives the information needed to match a successful payment to your account and update your account tier; Tamriel does not store card details or Stripe payment metadata in your account.

How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and its features.
• Authenticate users and preserve account settings and progress.
• Process Premium purchases and apply the correct account tier.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account enquiries.
• Measure Site usage, diagnose problems, and understand advertising performance.

Sharing personal information
