Overview

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of tamriel.app and its tools, content, account features, and services (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the Service, its users, or others.

Premium and charges

Premium is a one-time purchase at the price shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Future prices may change, but a price change does not create an additional charge for a completed one-time purchase. Access is granted only after Tamriel receives a verified successful payment notification.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Interfere with the Service, its security controls, or another user's access.
• Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Scrape, overload, or automate access in a way that disrupts the Service.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Game files and third-party services

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any game or save files you provide to the Service. The Service may rely on third-party providers such as sign-in, hosting, analytics, and payment services. Their separate terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.

Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that game data and progress interpretations will be complete or suitable for every purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Tamriel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or others, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
