Bloodline
Quest
Bloodline is part of the Dawnguard questline. You can start it by speaking with Lord Harkon in Volkihar Keep and completing Awakening. Quest locations include Dimhollow Crypt. Rewards include Word of Power: G1n, Word of Power: H1s, and 3 additional rewards.
How to start
- Talk to Lord Harkon in Volkihar Keep. Choose “...” → “I will accept your gift and become a vampire.”
- or Finish Awakening.

I learned that the mysterious woman I freed from Dimhollow Crypt is named Serana. Her father Harkon is a powerful vampire lord, and in gratitude for bringing his daughter home, he offered me the gift of his blood. Now I must choose whether to accept the gift.
