Cleansing the Stones is part of the Dragonborn questline. You can start it by progressing through The Path of Knowledge until In order to defeat Miraak, I need to find more of the Black Books, the source of his knowledge and power. Storn suggested that the wizard Neloth may know the location of the Black Books that I need.. Rewards include Waters of Life, Bones of the Earth, and 2 additional rewards.
