Obtain an arctic grayling

The Jarl of Windhelm has put out a bounty on a monsterous horker known as Fangtusk, which has been terrorizing fishermen north of Hollyfrost Farm. Fishermen have learned that it seems to enjoy arctic grayling above all other fish. I should obtain an arctic grayling and leave it near its feeding grounds in order to lure it out.

Place an arctic grayling at Fangtusk's feeding grounds

I've placed an arctic grayling at Fangtusk's feeding grounds, which seems to have lured it out. I can now slay it in order to rid the area of its hostility.

Kill Fangtusk

I have slain Fangtusk. During the battle, I discovered that the rumors about its ability to drain the life of those around it are true. I should inspect it to learn what, if anything, has granted it this unnatural ability.

Inspect Fangtusk

After slaying Fangtusk, I discovered the remains of a vampire inside its gut, along with an enchanted vampiric ring. I should show the Jarl's steward the ring as proof that the deed is done.

Speak to Jorleif in Windhelm

I showed the vampiric ring taken from Fangtusk to Jarl of Windhelm's steward, who rewarded me for fulfilling the bounty.
